Easy peasy pale ale with some leftover hops, based on the Coopers Australian Pale Ale kit. In this one I do a hop steep (some call it making “hop tea”) which just means throwing them in water that has just been taken off the boil for 30 minutes.

1.0 kg light dry malt extract
250 g medium crystal malt
25g Amarillo steeped for 30 mins
25g Citra steeped for 30 mins
