In this video I brew my second 5 gallon batch of beer. This is an Oktoberfest beer and will be done in the perfect time for the season. I cover the ingredients in the kit, adding all the ingredients to the boil, and then adding the brew to the new large carboy I got. Video two, which will be out in just over a month, will cover tasting and reviewing the finished product. Stay tuned!
