Home brew update (Cider and Damson Wine)

In this video I demonstrate how I use the “Bag-in -box” method to store the finished Hard Cider. It’s quick, easy and the bags can be re-used several times as long as they are cleaned and sanitised.
I’ve also started a batch of Damson wine from some fruit I had in the freezer from last Autumn. At the time of writing, its now finished fermentation, and has been racked and placed in a fresh vessel to clear before bottling.
