Homebrew Wednesday 8-31-16 Making a Cherry Apple Cider

6 – 64 oz Apple Juice Bottles (Generic)
1- 64 oz of tap water
4- 1 lb bags of pitted cherries (store bought)

heat water and 1 64 oz apple juice to around 160F
let sit for 20 minutes

add other 5 containers of juice and get must to pitching temp (70F)

add pectic enzyme, yeast nutrient and yeast energizer

pitch yeast
