Lockdown Lager – Mexican Cerveza Recipe & Tasting

Grain to glass video for a Mexican Cerveza I made just before we went into Lockdown (hence the name!), its a great summer smasher and a bit more hoppy and interesting than the commercial equivalents. Cheers

200g Flaked Rice
200g Flaked Maize
30g Wakatu @15m
40g Wakatu @ 5m
CML Hell Yeast (W34/70?)
Mash @ 65c
Ferment @ 12c
1.045 OG 1.008 FG
4.8% ABV
