My first time making cider, so I make 4 different varieties (1 gallon a piece). Tasting video will follow when secondary fermentation has completed.

1 Gallon – White Sugar
1 Gallon – Blue Agave Sweetener
1 Gallon – Brown Sugar with Cinnamon before Primary
1 Gallon – Brown Sugar with Cinnamon added after Primary
