Making Hard Cider From Store Bought Apple Juice and Lalvin EC-1118 – Part 2 – Homestead Brewing

This is part two of Making Hard Cider From Store Bought Apple Juice Today I racked my hard cider from the primary fermenter to the secondary. I threw in some strawberries for good measure. This is totally an experiment on my part as I’m not following any particular recipe or instructions.

I know enough from my research to create a safe adult beverage. The quality will be questionable from a taste perspective but it’s fun nonetheless.
