It’s lockdown and bottle stores so I thought I would share this pinapple recipe that I know packs an alcoholic punch😈
5 litre water
2 medium size pineapples
5 cups sugar
4 tsp yeast
Chop pineapples (skin and all) and add to water. Add sugar and stir. Add yeast on top, leave for a few minutes then stir.
Leave in a dark space for 5 days, stir twice a day for first two days.
On day 5; strain with a clean dishcloth, cool and enjoy.
