3 lbs Bavarian wheat DME
1 Lb can of Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin…should of used 2 or lbs but I still like the result
4 oz of Carnation Milk powder – I have used this in many beers almost like using Maltodextrine
3 tbs of cinnamon
3 tbs of nutmeg
1/2 oz Simcoe hops for bittering
1/4 oz Hallertau hops for Flavoring
1/4 oz Hallertau for Aroma
whirlflock tablet at 10 minutes
strained wort, wort chilled for 15 miutes
aerated wort for 10 min with aerator
pitched Safale wb-05 yeast at 75°
it fermented for 14 days WOW!
