American malts and a European hop schedule led us to dub this beer a Euromerican Pale. It’s actually a recipe developed by Marshall Schott of Brulosophy. He simply created it to grow and harvest yeast. But it was so good that it got brewed again. And again. And now again. This pale ale homebrew beer recipe uses Pale malt, Caramel malt, Vienna, and Victory. It’s hopped with Magnum, Perle, and Fuggle hops. I turned out great. We definitely recommend brewing it.
